How it works from the BVI
- Free technical meeting by video call or in person in Santo Domingo.
- Formula proposal by our chemical engineer. You don't need to bring a formula.
- Samples in 3 to 7 business days.
- Production in 3 to 5 weeks with local packaging, or 6 to 8 weeks with imported premium packaging.
- Delivery in Santo Domingo, with your own freight forwarder or one we coordinate with you.
Before you import
Check with BVI Customs or your customs broker which documents cosmetics need before your first shipment. If you plan to sell in the US, keep in mind that dandruff or seborrheic dermatitis claims turn a shampoo into an over-the-counter drug there. We help you choose label language that fits the market where you sell.

Can you manufacture private label products for a brand in the British Virgin Islands?
Yes. We formulate and manufacture in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, and deliver in Santo Domingo for shipping to Tortola or other islands.
What is the minimum order?
240 units per product as standard. If you build a line of several products, an additional trial product can be made in 120 units.
Do you work in English?
Yes. We work with clients in Spanish and English.

Formula ownership and exclusivity are agreed in writing at the technical meeting, before development starts.
