Your formula, developed by a hair care chemist
Custom formulation and manufacturing under one roof
What is custom formulation?
Instead of putting your label on a generic product, we design the formula around your concept: the hair type you serve, the results your customers want, the texture and scent of your brand, your ingredient story and your price point.
What we formulate
- Shampoos and co-washes, from clarifying to sulfate-free and moisturizing.
- Conditioners, deep masks and bond-care treatments.
- Leave-ins, curl creams, gels and custards.
- Lightweight serums, oils and heat protectants.
- Scalp tonics with ingredients such as rosemary and biotin.
- Formaldehyde-free smoothing systems for salons.
How does development work?
We start with a technical meeting, propose a formula direction, and prepare samples for you to evaluate. We adjust until you approve, then produce your batch with the approved formula. The same engineer who formulates your product oversees its manufacture.
Can you match a product I like?
We can develop a formula with comparable performance to a reference product your customers know, under your own brand. We do not copy registered trademarks or packaging designs.
Who owns the formula?
We discuss formula ownership and confidentiality in the technical meeting so the terms are clear before development begins.
What is the minimum order?
Our standard minimum is 240 units per product, and it can be negotiated in the technical meeting, especially if you are launching a small kit of several products.
How long does production take?
With locally sourced packaging, three to five weeks after you approve the sample and the label artwork; six to eight weeks with imported premium packaging. Shipping to the U.S. is arranged separately.
Can I sell these products in the United States?
Yes. Our facility is registered with the FDA (FEI 3015135152), as the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act (MoCRA) requires. As the brand owner, you are responsible for listing your products with the FDA and for an English label that meets U.S. rules; we guide you through both. Claims such as "stops hair loss" or "regrows hair" turn a cosmetic into a drug under U.S. law, so we help you word benefits correctly.
