Start your brand with 240 units, not thousands
Low-minimum private label hair care from an FDA-registered lab
Why do minimums matter so much?
Many contract manufacturers ask for thousands of units per product. For a new brand, that means a large upfront investment and inventory that may sit unsold. A lower minimum lets you test the market, learn what your customers buy, and reorder what works.
What can I launch with a low minimum?
A single hero product, such as a serum, leave-in or styling cream; a duo like shampoo and conditioner; or a small routine kit. We usually recommend starting with two to four products and growing from there.
How much does it cost to start?
A typical first order for a small line is in the range of US$3,500 to US$4,000, depending on the products, formulas, packaging and labels. We give you a written quote after the technical meeting.
Is a low minimum the same as a stock product?
No. Even at 240 units your product can be adapted: fragrance, texture, color, key ingredients and packaging. If you want a fully custom formula, we develop it in our lab.
What happens when I need more?
You reorder the same formula with the same results, batch after batch, under GMP / ISO 22716 controls. Larger orders lower your cost per unit.
What is the minimum order?
Our standard minimum is 240 units per product, and it can be negotiated in the technical meeting, especially if you are launching a small kit of several products.
How long does production take?
With locally sourced packaging, three to five weeks after you approve the sample and the label artwork; six to eight weeks with imported premium packaging. Shipping to the U.S. is arranged separately.
Can I sell these products in the United States?
Yes. Our facility is registered with the FDA (FEI 3015135152), as the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act (MoCRA) requires. As the brand owner, you are responsible for listing your products with the FDA and for an English label that meets U.S. rules; we guide you through both. Claims such as "stops hair loss" or "regrows hair" turn a cosmetic into a drug under U.S. law, so we help you word benefits correctly.
