Why choose a Caribbean lab for curly hair products?
Because curly and coily hair is what we formulate for every day. In the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico, curls, humidity and frizz are part of daily life, and our formulas are built for that reality: definition that lasts, moisture without weight, and frizz control in humid climates.

Have you manufactured curly hair brands before?
Yes. We have manufactured curly hair lines for brands such as Curlici, Kanya Beauty PR and Mulata Beauty.
Can you make products for children's curls?
Yes. We formulate gentler versions for children's curly hair, with mild cleansers and a labeling approach suited to kids' products.
What is the minimum order?
Our standard minimum is 240 units per product, and it can be negotiated in the technical meeting, especially if you are launching a small kit of several products.
How long does production take?
With locally sourced packaging, three to five weeks after you approve the sample and the label artwork; six to eight weeks with imported premium packaging. Shipping to the U.S. is arranged separately.
Can I sell these products in the United States?
Yes. Our facility is registered with the FDA (FEI 3015135152), as the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act (MoCRA) requires. As the brand owner, you are responsible for listing your products with the FDA and for an English label that meets U.S. rules; we guide you through both. Claims such as "stops hair loss" or "regrows hair" turn a cosmetic into a drug under U.S. law, so we help you word benefits correctly.

Juan Román Sánchez, a chemical engineer with more than 30 years formulating cosmetics and the Technical Director of the lab. Amostimeline is located in Santo Domingo Este, Dominican Republic, is certified GMP / ISO 22716, is FDA registered (FEI 3015135152), owns the registered trademark AMOSTIMELINE® (USPTO), and has a U.S. company, USA Timeline Inc., registered in New York.
