Cream-to-powder: how it works

• Natural-origin absorbent powders such as tapioca, corn or arrowroot starch and kaolin clay give the dry, powdery finish.
• A very light emulsion with plant-derived emulsifiers spreads without greasiness.
• Aluminum-free odor control ingredients trap or slow down odor formation.
• Soothing ingredients such as oat, aloe, allantoin and bisabolol for sensitive skin.

The formula belongs to the lab's know-how and is tailored to your concept. Starches are added cold to avoid a sticky gel, and the preservative system is validated with a preservative efficacy test.

Cosmetic claims vs. OTC drug claims

The label carries the INCI ingredient list in descending order, net contents in ounces and metric units, and the name and address of the responsible person. Under MoCRA, the facility is registered and the responsible person lists the product with the FDA.

Packaging, MOQ and lead times

A 3 to 4 oz (90 to 120 ml) flexible tube with a flip-top cap is the most practical format. For small runs we use stock tubes with labels; printed tubes make sense from several thousand units.

Minimum order: 240 units per product as standard. Samples in 3 to 7 business days. Production takes 3 to 5 weeks with local packaging and 6 to 8 weeks with imported premium packaging, after sample and artwork approval.
